When you book a consultation, you are seen in a one-on-one, focused, telehealth-based environment. Your particular goals are the tone around which each session is set. We will work together to help your body do what it does best, to reset and heal itself. 

Using my extensive knowledge of traditional herbal remedies and current clinical applications, combined with many years of well practiced mindfulness techniques and integrated modalities, I help you become a partner in your own care. Together we work to leave behind some of the daily stresses and re-focus our energy on the simplest task: being your best self in the moment.
